FAQ
General Store POS: common questions
Can I sell on credit to regular customers?
Yes. Choose a customer, mark the sale as not received in full and enter what was paid. The unpaid amount is added to that customer’s balance, and you can record payments against it later.
Does it work with barcode scanners?
Product search matches names, SKUs and barcodes, so a USB scanner that types into the search box works. Camera scanning is not available yet.
Can I keep track of what I owe suppliers?
Yes. Record purchase orders against a supplier, note what you paid up front and add payments later. Each order shows how much is still due.
